"I had a phone appointment through State Farm today to review my automobile insurance. I was contacted on time by Kristen from Amy Simpkins‘s office and she I fully reviewed my coverages. To my surprise was able to make a change I was not aware of increasing my auto insurance coverage at a minimum cost. Kristen was very professional and kind and listen to all and any questions I had and address them all to my satisfaction. I have been with State Farm for many many years and have never had any difficulty with any claims I have made. They have always taken care of me throughout the time I have been with them with little fuss, making any insurance claims very easy and stress free. Thanks Kristen!"

"Amy Simpkins is the very best, I have now been living in Virginia for one year and seven months now, I have been part of the State Farm family for over three years in New York, when my wife and I move to VA, we needed home owner insurance, Amy was so spot on in helping us with the process. Last November I had a run in with a deer, this office help me out so fast in getting me into rental and a new car. So like a good neighbor, no like an awesome neighbor Amy and State Farm was there.
